PapaVillum (950) - Valby, DENMARK - FEB 10, 2017
Rating#900. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Fogged orange with a fine marrow collar. Ripe Fruit Salad and red apple hop aroma with jasmine-like perfume and spice. Decent brew with sappy green hop underpinning the perfumed and tropical. Strawberry and shortbread hints. Nice flowery, rounded IPA.

cervmagpt (839) - PORTUGAL - SEP 29, 2016
Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch ENMA1501 (3 months past best before date). AROMA: medium-low hop aroma with a fruit note (guava-like and mandarin). medium sweet and neutral malt background. slight oxidation note. APPEARANCE: light glod color and hazy with material in suspension. large moussy, white head with good retention. TASTE: hop flavor similar to the aroma with less intensity (low). slight sweet malt background, almost neutral (very faint toffee). medium-high bitterness with an almost dry and bitter finish that endures. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-high carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: an IPA already past due its best before date but still with some hop characteristics.
