Light body and mouthfeel, light on the hops but accented with all the spicy, earthy tones from the bay laurel leaves. Excellent beer for the spring time.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours golden with an off white head. The aroma is bready and floral. The taste is the same. Very subdued, but clean and rather tasty. Boring really.

On tap at Elevation 66 poured a clear amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of floral notes, bread and light fruittiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of floral notes, citrus, fruittiness and light carmel with a smooth dry lingering floral finish.

Tap: 5.2abv hazy golden with large white head. Aroma is caramel and citusy with orange and a slight woody bay leaf. Flavor is malty caramel, citrus with light pine hops, some nuttiness, and some leafy wood notes ending lightly bitter. Nice pale ale with good hoppiness and a woody note, I liked it.
