Served on tap at Dewey’s Pizza. If you like spicey winter beers, this will be good. Pours a caramel brown with an off white head. The spice taste is fairly pronounced and has a warming alcohol taste at the end. I don’t know the ABV but I’m assuming its aroun 7%. I taste ginger and cinnamon. This has a roasty, Toffee like malt taste through out which is
complemented well by the spice. A very good winter beer.
Draft sample at source pour avg gold with thin white head. Nose big spice, pumpkin pie, nutmeg and clove. Taste bigger spice, clove, nutmeg, and some bready malt. Light spicy finish. Some high bitter mid palate. Panzuriel (2306) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - AUG 13, 2015
Elevator Brewing Company Winter Warmer pours a reddish amber with a medium sized beige head. Nose is ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and a bit of stone fruit. Taste is primarily spice with a nice bit of caramelization on the malt. Body is smooth and creamy while being medium thick. A decent winter beer however it’s a bit much on the spice. alexsdad06 (10486) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - APR 4, 2015
Bottle from notes. Pours a clear deep reddish amber color with a medium sized beige head. The aroma and flavor have sweet caramel malts and big holiday spices, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, hints of tart fruit, some metallic character, this was a bit too much about the spices and not everything else. cheap (5915) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 10, 2015
From a bottle, this stuff smells pretty decent in a mild tart wild way. Taste is a big spicy punch in the palate. Lots of over the top spices laced with strong medicine beer. Personality is so strong you’d never notice it was carbonated. Wittales (762) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - FEB 10, 2015
Appearance was clear reddish brown with creamy beige diminishing 1/2 finger head, spotty lacing. Aromas are ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, all spice with soft caramel malts. Taste are spices upfront then hints of crystal and caramel malt middle. The finish is warming alcoholic one:( Palate was soft smooth creamy CO2 with medium body, then alittle slick off balanced finish. Overall a solid effort, the finish needs to be softer in alcohol.

Dark reddish amber color with a creamy khaki colored head. Nose of ginger and a bit of tart fruit. There is some caramel sweetness in this with a pinch of tart fruit, acidity, and a finish of dusty nutmeg. The ginger is there in the finish. The ABV is present but not intrusive. Not my favorite of the spiced Christmas beers. DialSquare (5071) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 10, 2015
On tap at the brewery. Amber pour, white head. Aroma of christmas spice, brown sugar. Tastes of maple, caramel, chistmas spices, roasty, light bitter. mephisto (1288) - TAIWAN - DEC 9, 2014

Bottle. Pours hazy brown with a beige head. Aromas are spices and citrus. Flavors are caramel malt and spice. Not much else going on here. Pretty ordinary. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 15, 2014
10oz on tap at the brewery. Clear red brown color. Thin ring of off-white head. Some dots and ropes of lace. Kind of spicy, a bit too spicy for me. Caramel malt. Kind of toasty. Medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. Kind of slick. Moderate to bigger sweet taste, sort of a spicy rough edge to it. Not a great, balanced winter ale. Just caramel and spice, pretty much. 8.6%? Drinks like 7% or less, doesn’t seem to have that kind of body. Just a big, spicy roughness, over top of a mildly syrupy sweet malt base.
