A dry and nutty bitter. Tastes a bit old, may have been past its BB. Solid enough, but nothing grabs you.
Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber - offwhite head. Caramel, sweetness, roasted notes, light nutty, light hoppy, dusty, english hops. light bitterness. imdownthepub (14556) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 3, 2014
Bottled, 500ml from The Co-Op, Banbury. Brownish to amber with off white head. This proved to be a simple bitter, although with a touch of metallic, tinny notes. English hop notes, earthy, leafy with a thinnish malt body. Never really sure that a quaffing bitter really works in a bottle but drinkable. Christian (13670) - Odense, DENMARK - DEC 4, 2011
Amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with caramel and a floral touch. Sweetish malty flavour with fresh cereal and a fruity note. Pinball (12156) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 20, 2011
