Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. From Beers of Europe. Pours clear chestnut red-brown with a thin ring of white head. Aromas of toffee and malt, faint digestive biscuit. Taste is caramel, light almonds, red fruit. Ok. kathouse (1877) - LAS VEGAS, Nevada, USA - NOV 27, 2016
Nice golden color with a white foam. Aroma is very light hop and sweet malt. Flavor lacks complexity but beats drinking water. Sissio (1624) - Orsenigo, ITALY - JUL 23, 2016
On tap at Pazzeria, Milano. Dark caramel with minimal cream head. Light aroma with roasted and caramel notes with light hops. Light taste, bitter ending well balanced with sweetish roasty notes. Very drinkable.

Nice solid bitter, easy drinking with a refreshing finish. Bit of bite to it but not too bitter. imdownthepub (14473) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 3, 2014
Bottled, 500ml from The Co-Op, Banbury. Brownish to amber with off white head. This proved to be a simple bitter, although with a touch of metallic, tinny notes. English hop notes, earthy, leafy with a thinnish malt body. Never really sure that a quaffing bitter really works in a bottle but drinkable. JorgeLee (2096) - Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 2, 2014
Bottle, Christmas present from Lalitha. Copper coloured ale. Slightly minerally whiff. Solid enough malts, lightly bitter and slightly sweet and fruity. A nice but unremarkable session bitter.
