Bottle @cgarvieuk. April Not So Fools Tasting 2014 [Rating Backlog April 2014] Pours golden white head. Nose is big apple. Taste is big vanilla, i normally like both but together in this beer it just does not work great. beersncomics (15) - Norwich, Norfolk, ENGLAND - MAR 23, 2016
I really enjoyed this I found the nose certainly shone more with the vanilla
Pours deep copper head vanishes pretty quickly
On tasting the Apple juice and the smooth Wheat Beer really complement each other, sweet and easy to drink as very slightly carbonated SarkyNorthener (5012) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - NOV 23, 2015
Bottle from Tesco, Walsall. Golden beer with small head. Aroma of artificial apple and vanilla custard. Taste is pretty much the same, sweet and some tango apple in the finish. OK. leaparsons (10865) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 25, 2015
Bottle. Golden with an off white head. Creamy vanilla and custard with pulpy apple. Not much wheat. Bloating and too sweet. Pretty bad. jjsint (3606) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 23, 2015
Bottle from Tesco in Ely, consumed at home. Golden brown, only slightly hazy. A bit of visible carbonation in the tiny bit of white head. Artificial apple aroma, not unlike those Apple Sourz shots. I do get a hint of vanilla and clove... maybe a smidgen of petrol... but it’s all overpowered by this weird appley thing. Taste is similar: sour/sweet and very faux apple. Decent amount of carbonation lifts the body. It’s drinkable but doesn’t taste all that much like beer.

Keg. Aromas of sweet apple, some vanilla. Tastes veeery sweet, apple and vanilla yes, wheat maybe somewhere. Maybe go for sugary cider drinkers. rauchbier (3949) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - MAY 25, 2015
Bottle, from Tesco. Gold, thin shortlived white head and gentle condition. Initial bitter appleskin nose with a quickly building sweetness from the mix of apple and vanilla but becomes a little "rural" as it warms, almost a suggestion of cowpat towards the end. Cloyingly sweet in the mouth with a jumble of apple, vanilla, chocolate, parma violets and a background herbal bitterness, finish is slightly bitter with a little appleskin dryness and some sweet herbal notes Mr_Pink_152 (5772) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - MAY 2, 2015
Bottle from tesco. Pale larger like colour with no real head. Aroma is very Apple and maybe a touch of vanilla. Taste sweet. More cider than beer. Garrold (5844) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2014
Bottle. Bakers and Larners of Holt, Norfolk. Clear gold. A few bubbles on top. A bit wheaty. Squeeze of lemon. Toffee apple. Vanilla custard. Taste is sweet. Soft carbonation adds to the dessert feel to this. Finishes sweet, with a little relief by way of a tad of dryness. Fairly drinkable. Certainly couldn’t hack another, though.
