Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, wood - resin bitter, beech branch sap. Flavor is moderate sweet, light to moderate acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (300708)

Cask, Kingdom of Fife BF 07. Pale straw colour, no head. Nose is interesting malty hop balance, slightly bitter. Quite sharp, some citrus. No outstanding characterisics at all, pale lager malts, thin body and a hint of hop, but nothing to get hold of.
