Beyond the Pale is a pale golden bitter brewed with a touch of Amber Malt. Pronounced floral hop aroma from the inclusion of North American Cascade hops and a long, dry hoppy finish.

Cask at The Wheatsheaf, Stoke (JDW) A clear deep golden colour with a frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, melon, some orange, subtle straw, a little biscuity malt and slight floral hops. Taste of grapefruit, orange, boiled sweet, some melon, slight straw, a little biscuity malts, a hint of pine and subtle spicy, floral hops. Light bodied and a slight oily texture. A dryish, slightly citrusy, floral hop bitterness in the finish. A typical, cascade hopped golden ale, lots of citrus and floral hop bitterness with a hint of pale malt sweetness. Pretty good.

draught (cask) @ Angleterre, Helsinki. Golden clear oolour, decent head. Taste has obviously hops - more bittering than the usual American citrus experience, though. Quite OK, but that’s about it.

Fra cask på Walters Hull 23 Nov 15. Delt med Rune. Gyldenbrun. Lavt tett stabilt skum. Svakt fruktig aroma. Smaken plommer og overmoden fersken. Litt syrlig.
