Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden firm head. Lovely aroma of salty tangerine peels. Dry with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Zesty orange, ripe fruit and resin. Really bitter finish. Successful marriage of US hops and English brewing traditions. Resinous bitter hampers quaffability somewhat, but otherwise excellent.

harrisoni (19753) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 10, 2006
Cask gravity at Catford BF 06. Pale gold with lasting white head. Hot hop and astringent aroma. Bit of metallic tea even. Astringent hop finish. Too much hop really. Very dry finish.

Cask (Gallows Bird, Espoo, Real Ale Festival 2009)
Day 2: Sweet fruity and caramelly or toffee aroma. Fresh palate. Decent bittering and aromatic hops. Some graininess in the body too. Very easy quaffer. Easily drinkable. Hops build up over time, leaving a nice bitter finish. Good one.
