Cask at The Wheatsheaf, Stoke (JDW) A clear deep golden colour with a frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, melon, some orange, subtle straw, a little biscuity malt and slight floral hops. Taste of grapefruit, orange, boiled sweet, some melon, slight straw, a little biscuity malts, a hint of pine and subtle spicy, floral hops. Light bodied and a slight oily texture. A dryish, slightly citrusy, floral hop bitterness in the finish. A typical, cascade hopped golden ale, lots of citrus and floral hop bitterness with a hint of pale malt sweetness. Pretty good.

draught (cask) @ Angleterre, Helsinki. Golden clear oolour, decent head. Taste has obviously hops - more bittering than the usual American citrus experience, though. Quite OK, but thats about it.
