Cask at Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours clear gold with a tight, foamy white head. Lemony citrus nose, some grass and plastic. Light sweet flavor with tangy, citric bitterness, dry dough, straw, grass and plastic. Light bodied with fine carbonation. More of the same to finish, and lots if this undesirable plastic note. Not great. A bit overly bitter.
Lovely light lunchtime drinking. Draught, thin head, nice crisp dry finish. SaintMatty (7364) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - MAR 5, 2014

Has a fair bitterness to its taste but the flavour comes through in the aftertaste. A pale in aroma and taste, it’s light golden in colour with a small head. Its thin texture makes it crisp and has a mild fruitiness about it. downender (8659) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 28, 2013

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Straw with a dense cream head; citrus aroma; citrus flavour; with a fresh leafy bitterness giving a long finish. A rather good golden ale - does exactly what is says on the pump clip. The_Bish (1123) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - NOV 11, 2012
Stupid pub claiming to have good beer. It doesn’t. 10 real ale taps and all a load of shite. This is bland. Seriously not good enough. Haven’t got time for this. Ratebeer yawn. Give it up.
