Draught @ Brauerei Eller, Brunnenstraße 10, Untersiemau-Birkach, Bavaria, Germany 96253.

Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, caramel, sweet malt, malty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malt bitter, caramel, toasted malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110710]

ganache (6066) - New Jersey, USA - JUL 30, 2012
Bottle MH 18.10.(12). Nose is sweet with dust, grass, light citrus, caramel, seems a little meaty! Beautiful gradient ruby-amber (brandy-colored, really) pour with a rocky beige head. Fruity taste, thin and relatively dry, some toast and earth mashing with dust on the back end, a bit of nuttiness, too. There are some clean, fizzy lager textures, and a touch of hidden alcohol. Light bitterness but the overall feel is that something better had been over-filtered. Hard to know what to make of this.

Beese (3261) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 30, 2017
Keg at Anderland, Nuremberg. Malty red beer. Fairly typical of the style, no obvious flavours come to the fore, other than malt and some light hop.

cubs (10721) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUL 2, 2012
Bottle in Schlitz. Fairly clear, amber appearance with a tan head. A bit toasty, mineral, floral, soapy aroma. A bit tangy, somewhat metallic, soapy/floral, earthy, moderately toasty malty flavor. Bleh.

Idiosynkrasie (8050) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - NOV 19, 2013
500ml bottle. Clear dark copper colour with average, firm, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Cautious malty aroma, dry hints of red apple parings, a touch of coconut. Taste is monotonously dry, hints of red apple parings, a touch of floral hop; light body, slightly watery. Quirky in a boring mode.

Bottled. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is hops, fruits, floral notes, some maltyness. Flavour is quite much the same. Quite dull.

2.3
Moravius (1465) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAR 11, 2014
Flasche vom Landbierparadies-Online-Shop.
