33cl bottle from Dranken Geers. Hazy amber with a few floaters that quickly sink to the bottom. Thin lasting beige head. Yeasty aroma. Little bit of toffee. It’s alright in the mouth. It’s got a bit of toffee and a bit of hop on the end and some yeast character. It gets a bit better as it goes down, but overall a bit too sweet. chrisv10 (18915) - DENMARK - SEP 22, 2011

Hazy orange-amber color with vanishing white head. Medium-bodied. Light fruity hoppy aroma. Well-balanced hoppy bitter, fruity and flowery flavor. Nice hoppy bitter aftertaste. Like an English bitter with high ABV.

Deep orange, poured clear, and with no head. Slightly gluey estery aroma. Candisugar and malt too. Lively carbonation. Sweet malty and caramel immediate taste. Burnter caramel comes over later, and finally a pleasant, but slightly indistinct hoppy bitterness joins the fray. Aroma gives more hints to the alcohol strength than the taste does, both are reasonably well reined in. Not as full bodied as I would like from an ambree, but at least its not too sweet, unlike some. Passable, but not exceptional. yngwie (17477) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 31, 2007
Bottle. Hazy, orange-golden beer with an off-white head. Malty nose, with dried fruits as well, quite nice. Sweetness, pale malt, spices and hops in the flavor. Full to medium body, quite dry, finishing with pale malt and spices. A bit drier than I would prefer, but enjoyable. (070928) Benzai (17005) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUL 26, 2011
Average amber colored beer. Smell lightly sweet, not much more. Medium to full body. Dedollewaitor (16657) - Odense, DENMARK - JUN 5, 2007
Amber with white head. Yeasty malty, fruity, plum/raisin. Medium bodied - light warmth from alcohol. Sweet (brown sugar+malts) a bit sticky. Long finish! bhensonb (16238) - Woodland, California, USA - MAR 30, 2010
Yea! After a long search, a bottle from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours hazy copper with a two finger foamy beige head. Strange aroma. Rubber tire? Nah. Really cooked fruit? Maybe. Medium body with mild carbonation. It’s fruity, it’s musty, it’s yeasty. Overaged? The lot cuts on the label are 1 1 5. Maybe I’m not being appreciative. It’s rather woody - not oaky. It’s growing on me. Getting astringent. I wouldn’t say oxidized. Quite different. Ok. I like it.
