Bottle. [thank you, Yespr]
Pours a lightly hazy amber with a great, creamy and frothy off-white head. Aroma is lightly caramel and has a doughy edge to it. Oka mouthfeel, rather creamy. Flavour is lightly sweet, quite dry, some spices and cara-malt. A little too boring.

Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, another great session @ yespr] Huge thick creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Excellent lacework. Clear flat looking body with a pale golden colour. Light dusty grain, fruit, hint of citrus and spice. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Light to moderated sweet flavour. Light sewed and spicy finish.

Cambrinus, Brugge. Densely creamy froth on witbier haze. Chewily malty, caramel-accented ale perfumed with Turkish delight floral notes, estery fruit and orange rind. Aromatic, smooth and balanced.

3.5
HogTownHarry (7065) - Toronto (Harbourfront), CANADA - DEC 11, 2007
Bottle (330ml - swing-top). Very cloudy orange-amber with a large lasting foamy beige head. Gentle aroma of apple, light caramel malt, a hint of peach, and dry peppery yeast. The taste is quite floral, dry and peppery, a little lemon tartness, still fruity. Average body, quite yeasty and surprisingly dry hop bitter in the finish, light mouthfeel and a lingering light acidity. Good but not great.

3.8
ElGaucho56 (394) - USA - DEC 1, 2007
33 cl swing top, popped like champagne. Pours a luscious golden amber with steady clear white 1/2 inch head, decent lacing. Really interesting nose: rich fruity caramel, coppery oxidation, flowery hop petals. Darker fruits on the tongue, rich raspberry tartness, earthy funkiness, finishes both warm and grassy, with a lingering alcohol/hop bitterness. Surprisingly thin on the palate, but rather smooth body with slight prickly effervescence. Rather dry finish. Unusual, but nice.
