Clear dark dark brown under a thin beige ring. Wonderful nose with a little kiss of dark sweetness and a bit of dark stone fruitiness, not unlike fruity pebbles. Lovely dark malty chocolaty flavor with an eccentric fruity bitter hoppiness. Wow. Quite fruit-hoppy, like New Zealand hops or something but lightly bitter and leafy and dark and sweet. maxwelldeux (4433) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - MAY 10, 2014
Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Under the name "Anniversary CDA." Pours a very dark brown color. Nose is very roasty, without much in terms of hop character to it. Taste is moderately bitter and fairly roasty, but doesn’t have too much character to it. Decent, but nothing special. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - FEB 20, 2013
