Murky bronze with a stark white head. Lemon citrus hops with a yeasty quality I have found in most of the Von Boorians. More citrus and pine in the flavor. Some notes of biscuit and again a small amount of yeast coupled with a little spice.

Cloudy gold with a big frothy head and strong lacing. Musky and yeast in the nose. Hoppy, strong grapefruit citrus and bitter ness. The flavor starts off rather yeasty but then is buried underneath an onslaught of hops. Mostly bitter and again grapefruity. Full bodied with a sweet and sticky finish. A bite of bitter there at the end with a shit ton of grapefruit throughout.
Rating #2093- 2015.09.28 #CraftTakesSeattle Day 5, Beer 195 – Draught at Brewpub - Lunch before the plane ride home. Aroma is belgian yeast, orange soda. Palate is lighter in body, sweet citrus notes take over, bitterness is subdued if not suffocated. Girlfriend approved. Left me questioning if this was indeed an IPA, or a mistake on the flight. j12601 (12000) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 14, 2016
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Soft malt and a touch of citrus on the nose. Medium bodied, soft malt, a touch of citrus. Light and crisp, a toucho f grain and a bit of citrus, soft malt and a bit of wheat. Slow grapefruit into the finish, crisp and easy. Pretty light and crisp.

Medium gold in color. White head emits a heavy spice and herbal character. Body is equally spicy with a strong bitterness. Dry finish. beastiefan2k (3981) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - JUN 1, 2014
Sampler, clear pale gold color. Lightly sweet restrained ester with dry biter nonresin hops. Mild mix of fruit happiness. Flavor similar with even more restrained very light esters. Relatively clean finish. Pretty bitter and dry finish. A lighter more dry take on the style than I usually see. onceblind (9700) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 1, 2014
Clear light golden with a nose of spicy earthy hops and pear skin and a slight kiss of jalapeño cheddar. Estery earthy start with a nice peppery tone and some light Belgian fruit esters, semisweet and lightly bitter. Grainy but not bready. Would probably go well with Indian food. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - MAY 10, 2014
Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark golden color. Nose is very light, with some small yeasty odd elements to it. Taste has some light clove elements to it, and seems very Belgian, and not too much IPA. Meh. raphael (1254) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 5, 2014
On tap at the pub. I smell Belgian gas, lemon and caramel.. Flavors of egg yolk, white sugar and lemon. Don’t think enough hops here to qualify as an IPA, more like a Belgian Dubel with some extra hops. Cleanly done and all that, just not among my favorite types.
