On tap @ Elliott Bay Lake City. Pours medium amber orange. Minimal nose. Taste is punchy piney hops that dominate through the finish. What malt there is gets overwhelmed. It’s hard to keep track of all of Elliott Bay’s offerings but they do keep it interestIng.
Very buttery. Nice oily head. Less hoppy. More astringent but not bad. Somewhat orangey. teamsale (317) - Washington, USA - APR 13, 2016
On tap, poured a cloudy golden with thin bright white head. Light pine scent. Citrus is good but too much aspirin for me. Fell a little short in a few areas. andrewje41 (4532) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - JAN 18, 2015
Draft pour at the Elliott Bay Lake City Way pub. Always been a good go to IPA for me. Pours a nice orange color with a cream foam head. Soft hops and a little orange aroma. Love the grapefruit flavor here. Easy bitterness, hoppy, bready finish, with some nice crisp, refreshing citrus. Well done IPA here. Tasty. OldMrCrow (2446) - Seattle, Washington, USA - AUG 14, 2013

Light amber pour, delicious flavor of big leafy hops, grapefruit pith. Reminiscent of Bhagwans and quite a bit better than Elliott bay Highline IPA.
Caramel and pale malts with earthy piney hops and light citrus. Amber orange pour, thin off white head soft lace. Flavors of caramel, dough, pine, citrus, and a little floral notes in the finish. Balanced and standard to what Bill has brewed in the past.

Tap at Baileys Taproom, Portland OR 07/11/12. Listed as Elliot Bay/Kissmeyer - Lake City Way but a query with the brewery soon uncovered that the beer was incorrectly listed at the bar and the only collab between these two was on another beer.
Lightly hazed mid amber with a thin off white head that soon clears to the edge.
Nose is big caramel malt, hops, pine.
Taste follows, caramel malt, hop bitterness, pine.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bitter finish.
Decent enough IPA. luttonm (6972) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 25, 2012
Draft at Elliot Bay Lake City. Pale hazy orange, cool aroma hops. medium crisp body with odd, off bittering finish. too sweet and dry. Decent IPA but not especially well put together, sets up for some house flavors that showed up in the rest of the pours that day. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - AUG 2, 2012
Draft at the LCW. Pours a crystal clear medium gold with little white wisps on top. Nice forward grapefruit rind on the nose. Not a powerhouse, but has some presence. Crisp lively medium body. Toast and caramel mid palate with some grapefruit in the finish. It gets to the point where it’s hard to tease out the nuances of some NW IPAs, but this one is well made and has a nice balance of bitter and sweet from the nose to the finish. Should be a crowd pleaser in a neighborhood that’s never had much in the way of fresh decent beer pouring until this year. bvc (1244) - Washington, USA - MAR 27, 2012
Draft at lake city EB. Pours a hazed peach caramel golden with light tan head that leaves spotty lacing. Nose is subtle, deffinetly fruity hop aroma forward, light malt backing...pale I’m guessing. A touch chewy in feel with plenty of carb. Muted piney with a touch of mango and peach hops, light crisp pale malt, some vegital hoppiness mid palate with decent dry bitter finish.
