UPDATED: JAN 24, 2010 Reddish amber with a small white head. Has a mild yeast aroma with sweet malts. Flavor is a nice combination of sweet malt and hops with lighter notes of the sour, fruity, belgian yeast joining in. Nose is rather sweet and super fruity. Very nice. Dark fruits, a touch of spice from the yeast, a little pepper. Enjoyable nose, almost teriyaki-y in a sense. Pours dark reddish brown, thinnish head, brown hues underneath. Flavors of sweet dark fruit, almost cherry like, some toast, a touch of salty notes, lightly spicy. Dry, sweet toasty finish. Orange-amber hue with silky head. Pleasant, distinctive belgian aroma, lightly prickly spices and crystal malting. Crisp belgian yeast combines with caramel malts. Light pepper spiciness. Aroma: light apple aroma.
Appearance: almost no initial head with no lacing. Clear, dark-orange body.
Taste: lightly sweet initial flavor and moderately sour, apple finish with long duration.
Palate: medium bodied with dry texture and lively carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Malt and a touch of honey and yeast spice on the nose. Medium bodied, fruity malt,a bit of yeast. Fruity malt and yeast into the finish, soft plums and warm musk.

Dark red with medium head. Light belgian yeast aroma mixed with hops and sweet malt, nothing is too domintating though. Spicy hops in the taste, but balanced well. Reddish amber in color, clear with a thin head. Fruity aroma with light hops. Loved the flavor of this beer it was easy drinking fruity type beer. The hops are light.

Red wine and balsamic vinegar, mildly sweet, cherries, layered over with whisky and vanilla. Tasty, genuine Flemish style red, but not something I’d want more than one of.
Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color. Nose has some definite bread elements to it, and a bit of sourness to it. Taste is slightly toasty, and is slightly sweet. Not bad.
