On tap, and dispensed to a tall lager glass, described by headbrewer Joe, as an American Lager, spiced with Challenger hops this time around. Displayed a clear & bright, golden hue, with persistent, fluffy, white head foam, and good cling to the sheet-like lacing. The aroma was a typical, light lager nose, with light grain, and a touch of DMS/corn husk. Light bodied, as lively enough carbonation worked well with the moderate, slightly peppery & earthy bitterness that lingered, and intensified some into the finish. Not that it sat too long, but just a hint of grainy tartness began to appear as it warmed. Fairly clean, crisp, & sessionable. riversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - SEP 7, 2009

This is as good as it can get at Elis island. Its not good. As all there beers... but this is the best of the worst. Very sweet, not horrendous... not good. No aroma, light body. Maybe good for someone who has never drank beer before. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - FEB 17, 2009
