OK sour, on tap at Tangle Town. Brett, some unique fruit. Nice though not extreme enough. Oakes (18543) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 29, 2014
UPDATED: AUG 12, 2014 Slightly dull dark tan, has some sweetness up front, light fruit late. Just the faintest hint of tartness. I guess I don’t understand what I’m drinking, not being familiar with persimmon. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - MAR 5, 2014
Bottle. Pours a mostly clear dark golden color with a ginormous white head on it. Nose is a little sour, with the unmistakably earthy notes of the brett. Taste is only moderately sour, and decidedly fruity, with an almost brandy-like finish. Not a bad beer.
