From bottle. Golden color. Light yeast and sweet aroma. Hints of bubblegum, light malt, soft peppery spice, and a little sweetness. Not as hearty as a traditional tripel, more like a strong saison.
On tap and in bombers many times in and around Seattle. This beauty pours a lovely golden blonde with a fluffy white head. The aroma off this guy is super Belgian yeasty with light fruit tones and bits of spices thrown about. The flavor continues this a bit with a solid carbonated body like a trippel, yet there is a bit more going on. Light grass notes amongst the forward hop and spice presence exist. Fairly sweet all the while...somehow this guy falls in between a Saison, a Trippel, and a Belgian Wit...good stuff! commonshawn (1311) - Minnesota, USA - MAY 19, 2015
Tap at brewery with commonmac and rosskyle and wildcard. Pint glass. Hazy copper with small white head. Weird aroma of almost toffee caramel. Sugary. Bubble gum. Heavy sugar and alcohol. Too heavy sugar for this style. rosskyle (755) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 19, 2015
Served on tap at Elysian. Copper color with minimal white head. Aroma is sweet raisin. Heavy body. Sweet flavor with some alcohol medicinal taste.

(bottle - 22 oz) Hazy gold pour with a fluffy white head. Surprisingly light aroma for a tripel, but you definitely get some light spice and yeast. Mildly sweet and malty beginning with a very nice fruity spice middle and a warming and yeasty fruit finish. Pastor (799) - Skowhegan, Maine, USA - JUL 2, 2014

Very drinkable, and very good, Bete Blanche is a nice Blonde Tripel, enjoyable by all. It is not a very complex beer, but it is one of the most enjoyable beers I’ve had. hayduke (5619) - Eureka, California, USA - JUN 10, 2014
This has been on the shelf in the beer cellar for a couple years. Pours a honey orange with a good size white head and light lacing. Nose is lightly roasted caramel malts and some noble hops tending toward floral. Medium plus in body. Smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is floral and spicy. There is some stone fruit in the peppery finish. Really enjoyable. Jay_Dubbz (103) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 27, 2014
Poured from 12oz bottle. Smooth opening with hints of candied citrus in the nose. Accents of lemongrass tickle the tastebuds before a warming finish. Definitely one i will have again.

I get that belgian yeast aroma with bit of orange and a touch of a floral hop note in this cloudy pale orange brew with a small white head of tiny bubbles. An upfront bitter taste is quickly overcome by a sweet malty fruity flavor in this medium bodied brew. Not a bad brew but i think a tripel should be a bit more pale and more of a yeasty flavor. Worth a but for sure. Sammy (12610) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 4, 2014
