Draught at Naked City, SeattleriversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - AUG 10, 2012
Cloudy pale blond color. Wonderful aroma tropical fruits and some citrus, probably coming from Citra hops, orange flowers too. Dry mouthfeel; the flavor is slim, nevertheless there is some pleasant crispy character, with strong hopping, citrusy, some grapefruit too; the final is extremely dry.
A very pleasant offer for the summer.
Saw this listed as pale lager. Interesting. Well... lightly fruity nose, a little grain, light hop presence. Pleasant, albeit soft. Pours light golden, thin head. Flavor is light and fruity with a touch of grain, a hint of yeast, light bitterness. Straightforward and sessionable. ration (2238) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUL 17, 2012
170712. Tap at elysian fields, seattle. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma mustard, yeast, wheat. The spicy mustardy aroma overwhelms the taste. Not Bad. olio (10286) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUL 17, 2012
Draught @ Elysian Fields, Seattle.22415brewery (379) - Washington, USA - JUL 16, 2012
Pours hazy light golden color with small head. Aroma of yeast, lemon, mustard, mild hops and grass. Some herbal and floral notes also. Flavour of yeast, spices, lemon, grass and herbs. Nice wit.
On tap at stadium brewery. Pours a slightly cloudy, but light blonde, minimal head. Definite belgian yeasty aroma that comes across as slightly spicy, doughy pilsner malt, and a mixbag of lemony, citrusy grapefruity aroma. But it’s definitely a belgian. Seeing the list of all the hops one would assume that this would have a heavy hop note to it, but the yeast really comes through more than the hops. Dry finish almost lands on the side of astringently lemon peely and peppery. Kinda like a saison...kinda.
