It drips with tropical, sunshiny Mosaic, and twinkles with touches of Eldorado and Centennial. A touch of wheat hazes the malt bill a bit around the edges and the IBUs are stuck in the mid-sixties. SG 16•P/1.064
Very good IPA I would buy again. Cool bottle!

Bottled September 15th. Poured from bottle into glass at home.
Look: Pours amber orange in color, with fluffy white head. Medium clarity. No visible particulates.
Smell: Hoppy aroma: bubblegum, non specific fruit, grass. Not very intense or surprisingly complex. Small amount of light malt aroma detectable. No alcohol aroma detectable.
Taste: Hop forward flavor: more bubblegum, blueberry, mango, fresh cut grass. More intense than the aroma. Similar minimal light malt flavor, somewhat biscuity. No alcohol flavor detectable. Medium high bitterness.
Feel: Medium full body. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Medium sweet finish.
Overall: A solid example of a classic American IPA. The Mosaic hops are detectable in the bubblegum/blueberry aroma/flavor but overall the hop aroma and flavor are overwhelming. This is most likely due to the age of the bottle and a fresher example may be more impressive. Braudog (6902) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JAN 12, 2018
Bottle. Golden and mildly hazy. Thinly topped. Rich, earthy aroma.
Quite spicy, like a meaty orange with a bit of pepper on it. Liked it.

Bottle from Jungle Jim's pour clear avg gold with moderate white head. Nose dank, pineapple, light woody. Taste moderate bitter up front, then caramel, dank bitter. Some cardboard. emacgee (4711) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - JAN 11, 2018
Soft hazy golden peach amber with one finger of sandy white head. Nose shows juicy fruit, raw peaches, orange flesh, and woody hops. Peach candy in the flavor with a touch of grassy oxidation. Bit more mouthfeel than I usually care for. Oily and a little resinous and a moderate mouthfeel and bitterness. Citrus zest and spicy piny hop bitterness.

Another great one from Elysian. I loved this one. It's one of those unfiltered IPA's in the tradition of the North East that has made its way out here on the West Coast. It's creamy, juicy, and citrusy. One of my favorite IPA's in a bottle so far. Way better than the IPA's from Sierra Nevada, Lagunitas, and other big name breweries such as DogFish Head and the like. It reminds me of the lesser known brewers who make fantastic beer in bottles/cans, like Belching Beaver. Highly recommend Elysian beers. mansquito (7136) - Nueva York, New York, USA - DEC 31, 2017
Random bottle that I would not normally otherwise purchase. Bottle is probably a little past its prime. Pours copper with an off white head. Aroma is grapefruity, pine and floral. Taste is fairly bitter. Hops not quite at their prime. Low sweetness. ajnepple (7346) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - DEC 27, 2017
12 oz single bottle from Hy Vee Wine & Spirits - Muscatine. Clear, deep golden colored appearance with a fluffy, sticky white head. Aroma of pine, toasted malt, resinous hops, light citrus zest and a touch of tropical fruit. Similar flavor, adding moderate hop bitterness and a light grainy sweetness. Medium body with a dry feel and a lingering hop finish. Decent. bookman10 (1300) - Osseo, Minnesota, USA - DEC 23, 2017
Pours a clear golden-yellow, with smallish head. Lots of citrus and bread in the aroma. Flavor is grassy, bready, with some citrus and some pine/spruce hops. rajendra82 (1109) - Alpharetta, Georgia, USA - DEC 17, 2017
The beer poured in the glass with a medium-golden color, one finger thick head, and some haze. The aroma was mostly citric hops, smelling of grapefruit and a tropical touch of peach. The taste was very citric, bringing grapefruit, tangerine, and lime to the front of the palette, before fading into honeydew melon. The malt was unobtrusive, providing a slightly sweet backbone. The body was soft in feel, and medium in density. The aftertaste was sharp citrus, and a bit of chalk. This was a very solid IPA, packed with lots of citric flavor.
