22 ounce bottle at 8.1%abv. Pours near black with a two inch dark tan head that lasts. Taste is of roasted malt, chocolate, some smoke, caramel, wood and some hops. Has a full body with a slight bitter finish. Quite excellent. DSG (15119) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JUN 7, 2016
Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks kerenmk. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, coffee, a bit of dark fruits. Flavor starts sweetish with roast, dark chocolate, some coffee, finishes bitter. Medium to full-bodied. Good but not great. vulcanmeister (291) - La Grande, Oregon, USA - MAY 30, 2016
Pours a dark black from tap. with toasted malts and bitter chocolates in the aroma. Nice thick lasting tan head. Taste is bitter chocolate and roast malt. Palate is smooth and creamy . Lingers long on the tongue with a bit of bitterness and sweet chocolate notes that linger a long time. melush (4414) - SPAIN - MAY 29, 2016

Draught at Keyaki. Dark chocolate, orange, definitely some soy sauce, the hops seem to give it a kind of black ipa edge, ok finish with light boozy notes. Decent dark brew but feels quite overhyped to me, not exactly an exciting import. KyotoLefty (10603) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAY 15, 2016
Tap at Keyaki. Nose of cocoa, coffee, soy sauce. Black and a bit flat. Flavor is decent, cocoa, soy sauce. Nice but not that special. JoshRaburn (134) - - MAY 1, 2016
Very smooth mouthfeel, with a strong "ripe" stoutness. Nice, but the aftertaste is a little harsh at first. After 30 minutes, it seems to improve as the tastebuds become accustomed. Thick and chewy, chocolatey, roasty, complex, hoppy. good one ajnepple (6979) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 25, 2016
On tap at The Mayor of Old Town. Black appearance with a light brown head. Aroma of roasted grain, chocolate, coffee, light caramel malt and light vanilla. Similar flavor, dark, malty, rich, creamy and bittersweet. Medium to full body with a smooth finish. 3.85 overall. Mrnoluv (358) - long beach, California, USA - MAR 4, 2016
Very strong cocoa, chocolate smell to it, intense bitter sweet chocolate, roasted bean taste is as strong as you can get. I taste notes of coffee, this really is a strong stout. Very good beer.
