Pours a dark brown head, has an almost chocolate flavour to it, very pleasant to drink. If rich stouts are your thing then this is a must try. One of the best Imperial Stouts I’ve had, it has a lovely rich, roasted, chocolate palette but is not overwhelming like some Imperial Stouts can be.
Tastes of overly roasted malts and burned coffee. Has a small tan head that stick around. Appears pitch black. And smells of burnt grain ibrubeer (383) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - FEB 7, 2017
Draft @ Monarch, PDX. Aroma is roasty, sweet. Black color with tan head, good lacing. Taste is fantastic! Roasty, a little chocolate, balanced sweetness and bitterness. Full bodied, creamy mouthfeel, nice oat contribution. A fantastic imperial oatmeal stout! donandres (527) - Bayombong, PHILIPPINES - JAN 3, 2017

Roasted, smoky malts & a bit of bitter chocolates in aroma. Tastes similar with some hop bitterness towards the end. Full-bodied & dry finish. Alcohol’s hidden. Gets slightly better once warm, but it’s still a very basic, mediocre imperial stout. Boring beer & struggled to finish it. zvikar (6068) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - NOV 5, 2016
