Tap. Copper with a light foam. Interesting aroma. Cinnamon? Taste of cinnamon and candy sugar. Asked the server to confirm this was the beer I had ordered. Underlying Belgian characteristics but more a sweet valentine beer than what I expected for a table beer. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - FEB 11, 2011
Clear amber color/ ivory head. Nice fruity, pale malt, spicy yeast aromas. light to medium bodied. Fruity, lightly sweet flavors of pear, apricot, salmonberry, with caramel, sweet spices- good. Nena (963) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 23, 2011
Draft, Belgianfest. Copper pour, a ring of white bubbles. Aroma is light bubblegum, yeast, and spice. Tastes softly malty, kind of caramelly sweet at the start, more bubblegum, and yeasty spice, some mellow fruitiness around the middle. A pretty pleasant, mellow brew. It was a nice departure from the heavier stuff I was having. bb (9697) - Alamo, California, USA - APR 12, 2010
