(Draught) Sampled at Elysian Pumpkin Beer Festival on October 20, 2007. Lasting thin white foamy head and clear amber body. Nose of catnip, ginger. Very ginger flavour. Nice switch-up beer at this festival. PilsnerPeter (3049) - Flushing, New York, USA - OCT 2, 2008
Tap at Blind Tiger: Pours a pale golden with a collapsing white head. Has a fresh aroma- lots of fresh ginger, with an underlying lemon zest and peppery saaz notes. The body is light and crisp. The fore flavor is a solid punch of fresh ginger- very fresh and natural. The spiciness is followed by a quick biscuity base and a late flowery note. The finish is peppery with saaz dryness. I love that they incorporated the spices with a Pilsner. Interesting and solid. fredandboboflo (1570) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 2, 2008
Tap at Blind Tiger. A solid pilsner with a strong emphasis on the pumpkin. Enough said. Rciesla (5607) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - OCT 3, 2008
Draft at Blind Tiger, with Reuben & Jen, as part of their pumpkin Promo. 15 lines i believe. All sampled as 5oz pours. Tastes like a light fruity pilsner with enough pumpkin coming through to enjoy. LilBeerDoctor (4229) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 3, 2008
On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours a clear light orange with a small white head. Aroma of light fruits and ginger. Flavor of lots of ginger, sweet sugary licorice, and gummy bears. Quite sweet. No pumpkin here but the beer was alright.

Grassy and bready nose with a touch of spice. Golden bright beer with a thin fluffy head. Nice pils flavors of bread, grass, lemon. Spice is light and secondary in this one. Light, refreshing, and really pleasant actually. keepersj12 (3142) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - OCT 16, 2012
Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. The aroma has some orange and ginger along with bread. Taste has a lot of ginger and a bit of pepper. The pumpkin is subdued. boFNjackson (4230) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 17, 2012
Bottle... Poured pale golden with a thin white head. Nose had ginger and other spices. Ginger was prominent. Nice drinking beer through. Some earthiness and floralness, probably from the Saaz hops. Good level of carbonation too to remind me of the Pils style base. Some notes of pumpkin and pie spice, but like I said, prominent ginger notes. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JAN 31, 2013
draft at Blue Monk, golden pour with hint of orange. effervescent beer, loads of ginger, lots of saaz. interesting combo. hints of pumpkin but al about ginger & i like ginger Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 5, 2013
Real hazy. Harsh, dry, fibrous and woody nose. Some sweet, bright tingles, super hot and fresh ginger flavour. This COULD be the best HOTDog ever. Medicinal. Oops. I forgot that this was a pumpkin beer. Ginger pilsner maybe...
