Our hop delivery device. A mash-ton-ful of Pale malt with a handful of Wheat; Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops everywhere with a grantful of whole Mt. Hoods. Starting gravity 20 Plato (1.080), alcohol 7% by weight, 8.7% by volume. Yikes!

Amber orange. Aroma is pine and floral hops with hints of citrus and caramel. Medium bodied. Some bitterness, but light for a double. Flavor is pine first, with a grapefruit and caramel and bread you malt underneath. Not too shabby.

aroma - with 8.6% you can smell the alcohol, and a pleasant hoppy and yeasty aroma that is not overpowering appearance - cloudy golden amber with a lacy off-white head taste - strong piney and hoppy IPA balanced with a subtle citrus. The hops really fill your mouth but not overpowering. Initial reaction was very pleasant. palate - soft, full body with a long finish, bitter

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with light caramel. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with light summer fruit and light caramel.

Bottle. Cloudy dull yellow with off-white foamy head, faint citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter citrusy taste with some mango, somewhat thick body, long bitter citrus peel finish. Delicious brew.

Poured at bar a nice gold with white hops and lace. Aroma was florial hop, some tropical and citrus also. Taste was floral, melon, some malt in the back. Bitters in finish, Med body. Its a hop bomb for sure.

Bottle shared with my brother Rick at his 62nd birthday celebration at his house. Pours a rich dark gold color with a big long lasting beige head and good lacing. Nose is citrus and point hops. Body is medium and the mouth feel resinous. The flavor is intense with pine and citrus hops on rich caramel malts. The finish is dry earthy and bitter, Very nice beer. .

Bomber poured a clear orange amber with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of bread, earthiness, light pine and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, earthiness and light pine with a smooth dry moderately bitter lingering earthy finish.

22oz bottle pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is melon tropical fruit pine hops big caramel malt sweetness. Taste is more of the nice hops rich malts and a pithy grapefruit candy on the end.

Copper pour with average white head. Nose citrus with a surprising bit of caramel. Flavor is well balance of slightly toasted malt and a up front rush of citrus. Finish is long lasting of bitterness.
