355ml bottle from Brewdog Online Shop. Clear amber pour, thin white head. Toast, light chocolate and citrus hop aromas. More hop flavour, but not too bitter. Clean finish. Good. stevoj (5040) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JAN 21, 2014
Nice hops, but overall kind of lightweight. Amber in color with decent creamy beige head. Light hop aroma, hops overtake the malt in the taste, citrusy notes. Short, metallic finish. pintbypint (3641) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 10, 2014
650ml brown bottle. Pours not very red, dark gold actually. Good looking creamy white head on top. The nose has light fruity notes and some citrus hops. A bit of caramel malt and a slight nutty notes, citrusy hops. Bit of bitterness at the finish and mild toasty malts. Light to medium bodied, fine bubbled carbonation. Overall, a pretty straightforward pale ale, a bit unexciting to be honest. MarkSachon (1023) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 22, 2013
12 oz botltle from Giant Eagle in Shadyside. Nothing remarkable here with a mild taste and a flat finish. Could have been much better if only a bit more character had been involved. patricks110 (2495) - Alberta, CANADA - DEC 21, 2013
A very mild amber. Pours a dark burgeoning red coliur with a soapy off white head. The nose is overly grainy with cereal and toasted bread malts with an bit of toffee. Hints of citrus hops and nutty malt notes mid palate. A bit underwhelming overall

Cloudy amber color with compact head. A nice ale with a good caramel malt flavor, dryish, strong bitterness; not very emotional, but clean, enjoyable and well brewed as usual by Elysian.
Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber color with a slight orange tint to it and a smallish white head on it. Nose is pretty malt forward, though nondescript, and only a little bread coming through. Actually ends up being a tad earthy. Taste is a tad bitter, but not very interesting. Not all that great, to me. Davhgbrew (948) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 26, 2013
Clear light amber color. Floral hop aroma. Taste is bitter and dry. Not a red ale for an adjunct drinker, this one has some body and bold flavor. An intro Beer by this brewery that could easily be overlooked. Solid! JDBaker11058 (2206) - Maryland, USA - NOV 10, 2013
Appearance: clear coppery amber, with a short beige head and minimal lacing. Aroma: slightly sweet, with roasted barley, granola bars, and some citrus/floral hops. Taste: as the aroma indicates, with the flavors trending more to sweet and toasty. Finish: clean, slightly dry, with a nice, delicate floral bitterness on the back side. Notes: Seemed more like an amber or red ale. Quite enjoyed it.
