Deep, maple brown-amber with a lush cream top. Pleasing whiff of wood/oak mingled with a hint of uric acid and hops greets the nose rounded out by mild brown-malt based body. Sharp chocolate and uric flavor with a hop bite, that must be the Palisades, though I am not familiar with it. Some sourness and maltiness. Woody hop finish.
