Pours hazy burnt orange with a off white head. Aroma is spicy nutmeg, pumpkin, earthy and caramel. Taste is sweet with some acidic undertones. Smells better then it tastes.
Pours a rich amber with some sediment and a thin layer of white head. Aroma is rich and heavy pumpkin spice. Flavor is smooth and rich with graham cracker and waffle character. coachd (905) - Missouri, USA - OCT 15, 2017
Good pumpkin pie spice in the aroma and taste. Not too sweet, pumpkin flavor is not fake. This is a real beer, not dessert in a glass. Unlike many pumpkin beers I have tried I could actually drink more than one of these.

Amber pour, negative head (it didn't even pretend). Nose is pumpkin pie spices, nutmeg stands out for me. Middle is semi sweet malt, pumpkin, earthy spices. Finish is cinnamon on the tongue. Not bad. Patrickctenchi (6692) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - OCT 8, 2017
Slightly hazy, amber/orange with a tall beige head.
Aroma of pie crust, nutmeg, pumpkin.
Taste is sweet caramel malt, pumpkin, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon.
A nicely done and well-balanced pumpkin offering.
Really enjoyed this one. Strykzone (7582) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - OCT 6, 2017
Bomber from hayduke. Brownish beer that has a tan head. Aroma is of pumpkin with lesser spice. Flavor is that along with lesser earth. Nutmeg and clove and pumpkin pretty much define this. It is also a bit soapy and off putting. It was a bit of a chore to finish the 22 but I did manage to.

The beer pours a murky auburn hue with sparse bubbles and grainy pumpkin bits into a British imperial pint glass. The aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg is pleasant like aroma therapy candles. The taste is a bit light with a mild sweetness and spiciness. That being said it's extremely drinkable for a fall jack o lantern ale, very thirst quenching. The finish is short with elements of apple cider and maple. Another delicious beer from Elysian...Cheers! ibrubeer (404) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - SEP 27, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 27, 2017 Draft at Doubletree PIT. Aroma is fairly light on the spices, a little vegetal, a little choice and allspice. Amber color with off white head that fades fast, no lacing. Flavor is allspice and cinnamon, smooth. Med body. Overall, a petty good pumpkin beer! Didn't taste like a pie in a glass. MetalNHopHead (2129) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - SEP 24, 2017
My natural skepticism towards fruit and vegetable beers causes me to automatically assume that I will hate most of them. I can't help it. I'm just an asshole that way. However, I'll be the first to admit being overjoyed when I've tasted a good one. Night Owl was one of those beers that put a big dumb smile on my mug. This brew has an orange pour with a creamy off-white head. Enticing pumpkin pie smells. Autumnal spices and pumpkin flavors. To me, the spices come out more than the pumpkin and it works splendidly. There's no mushy or vegetal gourd character, just lots of dessert-like spices. Medium-bodied feel with some richness. Bottom line: hedonistic fall treat with cool owl on it. drowland (8955) - Georgia, USA - SEP 15, 2017
