Heavy herbal, rosemary aroma, some general spiciness. This beer tastes very heavily or rosemary muted biscuity malts and a resinous finish to it. Very dominated by the herbal component. Amber in color, hazy with a thin head. Rosemary spice in the nose along with the floral hops. Tasty from the start you get the Rosemary spice in every sip it is subtle and adds to the IPA flavors and malts. Very nice spiced brew.
Draft at Elysian. Pours very hazy unfiltered dark rusty golden with a very little head. Nose is fairly subdued with touches of light wheat esters, piney hops and the Rosemary is light and almost oily like. Full bodied with good amount of balanced malty wheat up front, then moves into a bitter rosemary infuse earthy pine, and finishes up with bitter bready biscuit. Uniquie.
