FROTHINGSLOSH (7796) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 10, 2017
Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a very dark amber color with a medium sized foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet with almost maple syrup. The flavor was earthy, sweetish and perfumy with a definite cumin presence. Long finish. Medium body. Odd.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Light malt and light spice aroma. Spice, yeast, and light malt flavor. Medium bodied. Yeast, earth, and spice lingers with light malt. Light Indian spices throughout.

draft @ brewpub. Clear amber. Very thick, lasting head. Lots of flowers but also has diacetyl. Ugh. Slick palate. Buttery :( Some smokiness in the palate. Soapiness. Clashing flavors. Finishes with overwhelming butterscotch. Too bad about that.

Pours copper with a nice white head. Smells of floral hops, dry malt, some funky hints. Tastes funky and dry with a ice perfumy finish. Straight forward and very enjoyable.

On Tap At Elysian Fields Seattle. Pours out a dark copper/gold topped with a sand head. Aroma was of spice, belg yeast and sweetness. Taste was of fruit sweetness along with some floral notes.

3.3
CUJO (383) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - JUN 29, 2009
Rattle’n’Hum: Elysian does florals very well, period. And this is a good example of that floral aroma/ taste usage. Pours and mild hazy copper, white wet head. Fruity sugars, balanced by the medium carbonation and soft but noticeable alcohol.
