Flarra San Francisco . Nästan klar ljus färg. Doftar mogna päron. Smakar Åhh fruktiga halvmogna päron också . Oh oj vilken fin balanserad beska. Vilken öl!! Överraskad av kvalitén . Lång eftersmak . Weast coast med inslag av inlands Dipa. GregM05 (32) - - FEB 10, 2018
Pretty smooth tasting for a stronger beer, Elysian is some of my favorite beer, and this one certainly does not fail.

This is an excellent IPA in my opinion. The only dislikes are the price (I understand, get what you pay for) & a little dry for my liking. I would personally only drink this beer in the winter time, due to the dryness. Other than that, all the notes are on point. A really good choice, impressed! ribs4lunch (1) - - FEB 4, 2018 does not count
UPDATED: FEB 4, 2018 I think this beer is very smooth for its ABV! Great amber color too. What at nice find for Super Bowl Sunday! ricke49 (116) - La Pine, Oregon, USA - FEB 2, 2018
Wonderfully subtle DIPA. Most ~8abv IPAs have an over the top bitterness with no hint of balance. This offering from the IN BEV family (regrettably) is down right smooth with no astringency...and an actual malt presence.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2018 Had this IPA tasted at seattle taproom in the airport. bitterness and the sweetness is just okay. ABV is 8.2% but doesnt feel like it. Easy to drink. jhsnitz1 (99) - Central, South Carolina, USA - JAN 13, 2018
Pours a hazy dark yellow color with a foamy head. Strong citrus and pine hop aroma and a full hop taste. mililani (30) - - JAN 6, 2018
Really nice IPA in a bottle. I love the bottle on dating too. A fairly hefty IPA at 8.2 abv and 70+ IBU's. It's very citrusy, with a piney bitter backbone. A bit sweet like caramel. I've seen this on my drive up through Oregon and Washington all the time. Surprised it took me so long to try Elysian out. Highly recommend. hitemwitthehein (65) - - JAN 3, 2018

.Appearance: Golden yellow, puffy white head.
.Aroma: Equal parts - resiny and tropical. Mango, pineapple, grapefruit. Slight citrus as well.
.Taste: Good amount of bitterness, especially on the finish. Nice long bitter finish. Tropical flavors with some citrus, and perhaps a slight earthiness as well. Nothing overly complex.
.Mouthfeel: Medium body, crisp, clean , dry.
.Bottom Line: Decent IPA. mgkimmel () - Arnold, Missouri, USA - DEC 31, 2017
Ordered a draught at a Pasta House, of all places. Delicious! Somewhat reminiscent of Spruce Tip Ale in Skagway, AK. Very nice surprise!
