Really nice IPA in a bottle. I love the bottle on dating too. A fairly hefty IPA at 8.2 abv and 70+ IBU's. It's very citrusy, with a piney bitter backbone. A bit sweet like caramel. I've seen this on my drive up through Oregon and Washington all the time. Surprised it took me so long to try Elysian out. Highly recommend. hitemwitthehein (65) - - JAN 3, 2018

.Appearance: Golden yellow, puffy white head.
.Aroma: Equal parts - resiny and tropical. Mango, pineapple, grapefruit. Slight citrus as well.
.Taste: Good amount of bitterness, especially on the finish. Nice long bitter finish. Tropical flavors with some citrus, and perhaps a slight earthiness as well. Nothing overly complex.
.Mouthfeel: Medium body, crisp, clean , dry.
.Bottom Line: Decent IPA. mgkimmel () - Arnold, Missouri, USA - DEC 31, 2017
Ordered a draught at a Pasta House, of all places. Delicious! Somewhat reminiscent of Spruce Tip Ale in Skagway, AK. Very nice surprise! PugUglyBrewer (991) - - DEC 29, 2017
Clean gold in color with a soft small head of white foam. Lightly toasted grains and light caramel malt give way to dry and tart citrus and resinous hops. Drake (14495) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 25, 2017

Crystal malt profile with sharp hops and a citrus tang. One of the best IPAs I have had in a while. bbbeer (943) - Massachusetts, USA - DEC 20, 2017

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2017 Draft at Ale House in Florida. Tasty IPA. Fits all the characteristics. No real complaints other than bit of lingering aftertaste bigericsports (112) - Berkeley, California, USA - DEC 17, 2017

Pale blond with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have some fresh malts and a little caramelised stone fruit. Growing resinous bitter hops in the finish. Very smooth.
