12oz bottle, which I believe I got from AKA Frisco’s in Frederick.. Clear orange yellow color. Thin off-white head. Leaves good, thicker lace. Nice orange citrus, some biscuity bready hop, light bit of vanilla. Really nice, but subtle malt bill. Works well. Moderate bitter taste, light sweet, kind of zesty. Medium body. Super smooth. Good smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Super awesome texture to this, very refreshing, crisp, and drinkable. Much better than expected. Tasting very fresh.

Pours hazy and on golden hues with a soft orange blush. Thin head of white foam that fell quickly and left some good sheeting lace. Nose is orange. The tangy sweet blood orange. A bit of the pith and a touch of sugar for malt. Taste is lovely citrus with that blood orange prominent and then a touch fo the tart grapefruit to hold it up. A little bit of sweet herbal and a and a bit of cracker from the malt carry this one to the finish like a spiked orange -ade. I just loved this and think it’s one the most pleasant pales I have tried. Sweet and tart combine seamlessly for a a palate that is quenched and satisfied. Light fruity and juicy mouthfeel. Silken malt with ample carbonation. Crisp and bold palate with a brisk finish and lingering tartness and slight bitterness.

Fresh bottle. Pours murky orange with tall frothy head. Aroma is, of course, orange, with some lighter pine/fir notes. Good dose of the bitter, acidic blood orange on the palate with some softer pale ale characteristics. Quick finish with some lingering bitterness.

Hazy light tan. Fruity, dash of grapefruity hops on the nose. Fresh, fruity palate, light citrus, pale malts and a bit of yeastiness. Moderate bitterness grows on the palate.

Bottle.
Appearance: Super hazy with a sunburst hue and a creamy light tan head on top. A very nice looking beer.
Aroma: Grapefruit and orange stick out, orange pith namely. No depth but pleasant if you enjoy those aromas.
Taste: The intro is rather mild with a noticeable malt base, the back-end picks up grapefruit and orange pith flavors though giving it a semi-harsh bitterness. I notice some caramel and toast towards the back-end also. The finish is dry and lingers of grapefruit.
Palate: Full-bodied with light carbonation.
Overall: This is a solid pale ale, an excellent one if you really enjoy the flavors that it provides. I’m not a huge fan of the straight forward grapefruit/bitter citrus beers though so I’m not in love. It’s also pricey.

Hazy, pulpy yellow-gold with thin ring of soapy head. Aroma of Juicy Fruit hops and faint blood orange. Sort of a cross between an APA and a citrus forward wheat. Instant bitterness and tang from the blood orange. A little grapefruit character. Finishes clean, tart and dry with good lacing. A refreshing offering for the spring.

A very descent ale that was as cloudy as it was citrusy. Minimal carbonation after pouring it into a glass. The funky bottle made it stand out on the shelf and was well worth the gamble.
