Thanks to 5000 for sending me this bottle. Hazy straw color with a large white head. The aroma is full of blood orange and grapefruit notes with some wheat character thrown in. The flavor is similar. I get some pithy blood orange notes, as well as a little bit of juicy citrus. The wheat and biscuit character is present, as is some grass from the hops. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Sampled during VCBW 2013 at the River Rock Casino Resort pouring a hazy pale golden orange color with a small white head that leaves some decent lacing behind. Aroma is mild but pleasant with grains and orange zest. Taste is a light grass and orange zesty bitterness with a light malty sweetness in good balance. Light bodied with adequate carbonation leaving a nice sensation on the palate. A well done pale ale that I recommend to others.

Pale hazed orange pour wit creamy white head and lace. Aroma is spicy floral and citrus with a nice malt kicker. Flavor is semi sweet malt and a nice floral bitter finish. Medium bodied and a tad fizzy still a nice beer.

(bottle) pours a murky golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of orange peel, vanilla and puff pastry, slightly resinous, with a hint of crme brle. flavour is mostly the same, with big notes of bread dough, orange peel, a hint of yeast and a light sweetness in the medium-bitter finish. medium to heavy-bodied with average carbonation.

12oz bottle courtesy of Anndiesel. Thick, unfiltered orange-tan body. Massive meringue type head. Pleasant tropical orange aroma. An interesting concoction, accentuates the citrus and brings an orange flavor into the mix. A little sweet and sugary, the artificial flavor isnt a bonus. Assertive hops keep it going though. Not a bad beverage, but not the best beer.

Super hazy golden coloured body with a beige and yellow tint and a ridiculously nicely microfoamed golden coloured head - this looks great. Aroma of bright, fresh grassy and herbal hops with some sweetness, citrus and a good dose of resin at the end. Light to Medium-bodied; Mildish, malty, earthy and floral flavours at first with some oranges, yeast and bread noticeable. Aftertaste is very minimal and only showing some very light grassy hops, no malt, no sweetness and no complexity. Overall, an amazing looking and smelling beer, but sadly - it stops there. It makes sense at only 5.4%abv, but I wish it tasted as good as it looked and smelled! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Brown Jug (Spenard) in Anchorage, Alaska on 04-October-2013 for US$4.99 sampled at home on the opposite end of the country at home in Washington on 19-November-2013.

12oz single from Crossroads. Thus was a rather boring pale ale. The milky orange body sat under an average sized fiamy white head and had a little extra citrus juciness in the aroma that didnt carry over to the grainy bready flavor. Meh.
