Extremely refreshing for a summer evening. Enjoyed the lightness and freshness. Not heavy at all. NotMolly (3) - Sandpoint, Idaho, USA - APR 2, 2015 does not count
This is like drinking the BEST grapefruit EVER. Yes, I know it's brewed with blood orange. But the finished taste is more like grapefruit. And I srsly love it. SRSLY.

Outstanding beer. Complete aroma of Blood Orange. Great palate and easy to drink. Light orange color and medium head. 300monsters (16) - victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 13, 2013
Aroma: citrus, blood orange(duh) smooth, not very acidic.
Appearance: light amber/yellow, mild cloudiness, finger of head, nice lacing.
Taste: Awesome! This Tastes more like an IPA than I was expecting. I was thinking it was going to be a smooth light orangey fruit ale but there is a strong presence of hops that give it a similar flavour to Driftwood’s Fat Tug IPA which is my absolute second favourite beer at the moment. This is hoppy, citrusy, complex and flavourful ending with a nice blood orange and yeast aftertaste that fades quickly.
Overall: This is not at all what I was expecting to find when I bought the bottle(I think a more mild and fruity blood orange beer would be ideal as a summer seasonal) but it is a delicious brew worthy of note. The fact that it reminds me of one of my favourite IPAs definitely helps and probably affected my scoring a little bit.
Superfuzz, I can dig it. (Yeah i just threw in a tag line, so what?)

Elysian Superfuzz is an amazing beer. I love the blood orange flavour that exists in this beer. It is not overpowering nor is the beer too sweet because of it. The citrus flavours are amazing. It is one of my favorite beers by far and the best Elysian has made in my opinion.

Fantastic citrus aroma. Wonderful balance for a fruit beer, tangy with some hoppy bitterness to remind you you’re drinking beer. If you like citrus, you’ll like this. seanord (5) - Renton, USA - AUG 31, 2013 does not count
UPDATED: SEP 7, 2013 Surpisingly decent color, but very subtle so could be overlooked. Caramel undertones in the aroma work against its summer beer persona. With the citrus profile, makes an excellent change up for a long evening session beer. BrewProfessor72 (4) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - MAY 20, 2017 does not count
Bottle, beautiful opaque orange unfiltered. Scent of mango scone . Slightly tart balanced with just enough sweet spicy fruit , perfectly bubbly , mild yet complex hop, clean refreshing finish . Easy to go through if few pints of this one pretty quickly . DrinkEmUpJones (1069) - Georgia, USA - MAY 25, 2013
Hazy yellow gold, thin qhite lacing. Medium bitter orange aroma. Flavor is spot on-blood orange with a crisp palate and great bitterness. More like a hoppy pale ale than a fruit beer. No sweetness or saccharine at all. mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - JUL 3, 2013
A fun summer pale that works! Pour is more hefe like in its cloudiness. Primary flavor note to me is more grapefruit than orange, over a pale base that provides a nice foundation. Tanginess lingers. A refreshing session at 5.4%! B+
