Draft pour at brewery, thick golden lemon pour, I don’t really get much aroma, maybe a little hops, slighty roasted taste with orange and sweet hop taste. Go M’s zgaier (1962) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - AUG 1, 2015
On tap at Elysian Bar in Seattle. Pours orange with a white head and aroma of tropical fruits and citrus. Taste is of tropical fruits and hope, with citrusy notes leading to a dry, slightly bitter finish. jjgmd (2248) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - AUG 1, 2015
At the Elysian Bar in Seatttle. Washington, pours a hazy lemon orange color with a short beige head. Nose is yeasty and hoppy but rather bland. Taste is mild spice with hard pine and resin , and mild wild yeast . Finished on the same tasting notes with a dry crisp finish. Fair , expected a little more ! quaff score 6 / 10 gnoff (10891) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 11, 2015

Cloudy yellow color, white head. Fresh, fruity scent. Malty, grainy taste. Grainy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.
4 oz pour from tap into a cylindrical tasting glass at the brewery in Seattle. Yellow with a little haze and a lasting white head. Silky-smooth medium body. Nose is clean and fairly absent. Light malt and very light citrus. Taste is a little muted. Light malts up front, some tropical fruit in the middle, and a tangy finish. Pretty good, but not too astounding. Very smooth and very drinkable.

Tap at Elysian Fields, Seattle. Bright citrus aroma with light sour funk. Pours cloudy golden colored with a thin white head with good retention and lacing. Starts with light citrus and malt flavors. Finishes smooth with light citrus hop flavors that linger on the palate. Nice beer. beastiefan2k (4082) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - MAY 13, 2015
I’m only rating this bc Andrew rated it. At Tangletown. This beer has been sitting close to 30 minutes and the head is still foamy and strong. Its atop a hazy golden body. I can definitely see the slices of orange aspect on the nose, noncitric but for sure. A really nice fruity brettiness dominates. Flavor is bretty hay with a bitter Brett finish. It is really nice. When I think of 3000, I think baseball hits and Pete Rose. That is sort of like Bernie Mac. Also, this is the last anniversary beer for Elysian before the evil empire takeover. Pours hazy yellow with thin white head. Aroma of apple juice, raspberry, and light lactic tartness. Taste is too sweet, unbalanced, and not funky. Sad they released this as their special beer. I have respect for Elysian but this isn't good quality

Draft pour pint at the fields location. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a ton of foam head and lace. Sometimes it’s hard to decide how good a beer is, when a day’s events have led up to any beer tasting like an absolute treasure piece. It was one of those days, but I’ll do my best to pretend this was any ordinary day, trying a less than ordinary beer. The name Beer 3000 made me think of the movie Mr. 3000, a classic surly straight to DVD classic starring Bernie Mac. Needless to say, we were off to a good start. Things have a strange way of turning around, and it’s usually beer that does the trick. Every 100 ratings or so I seem to have one that goes into a ramble piece that nobody will be able to enjoy, except me of course, several months down the road when I’m reminded what a lame ass it day it was when I enjoyed this beer. At first, I got a ton of orange slices flavor, with some lemon, and an obvious brett yeast presence. Very juicy. Going into this beer i was expecting something with far less flavor, and I was pleasantly suprised. Drinks super easy, very refreshing, and leaves a long lasting, lingering orange fruit flavor finish. I’m a firm believer in a large chunk of a beers qualities are not so much the actual beer in every way, but the situation that surrounds the beer as you enjoy it. Add it all up, I enjoyed the hell out of this beer. mcberko (18950) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 1, 2015
On tap at Elysian Capitol Hill, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light funk, earthy notes, and fuzzy citrus. Flavour is quite fruity, earthy and funky. Pretty dirty, earthy and citrusy. Not bad, but not overly pleasant.
