Draft. Mahogany body with with an off white head. Chewy berries and a caramel and bread y note. Malty with some chewy pine and grapefruit. Nice brew. JoeMcPhee (9427) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 19, 2009
Tap at Blind Tiger. The nose is loaded with fresh, piny dank hop character over a nice biscuity maltiness. A kiss of light caramel and even a bit of toast. Fresh hops, mostly centennial, cascade and possibly some chinook. A nice chewy malt base. The light crystal shows through with a bit of sweetness on the back. Freshly hopped with a nice lingering resinousness. A great taste of the PNW.

Tap at Blind Tiger: Rusty copper with an off white ring. Spicy zesty hop aroma- piny, grapefuit and bright Centennial/Cascade freshness. Fluffy body with a dry biscuity undertone in the body. The zesty U.S. hop give off grapefruity and piny long bitter flavors that last into the finish. A nice dry and spicy hoppy session. riversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - SEP 1, 2009
Nose is of some caramel, toast, and dough with a big hoppy presence as well. Lots of C hops for sure. Pours dark brown, murky with a lighty fluffy beige head. Mostly a hop showcase, lots of floral notes, pine, and sticky resins. Malt backbone has some doughy notes, light caramel, and a hint of toast. Long lingering hoppy finish. Really good amber. I could drink the hell out of this. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - AUG 31, 2009
