Bomber, 2015 vintage. Dark roasted malt aroma with dark chocolate, some coffee and oak notes. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has decent retention and excellent lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt flavors with a bit of coffee as well as a full body and mouthfeel. Finishes a bit dry with slight dark chocolate bitterness and a bit of oak before the roasted malt takes over the palate again at the end. Pretty nice imperial stout.

From 22oz bottle to snifter. Pour is a jet black, thick tan head. Nose is huge roasted malt, chocolate, slight malt, coffee. Taste is medium-heavy bodied, mostly sweet with some bitterness from the hops. Finishes super smooth and oily. Great beer

Roasted choc aromas in this engine oil like brew. Choc and oak swirl on my tongue from this super full bodied brew. The after taste is roasty and slighty warming.

Bottle sample @ RBBWG 2016, thanks Ben. Brune fonce, col blanc-cas crmeux.

Bottle at RBBWG 2016 in Antwerpen, 2015 vintage. Clear, very dark red to black, tan head. Sweetish-malty, minimally boozy aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, caramel and brown sugar. Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, brown sugar, dark chocolate, some coffee and vanilla, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish with notes of licorice. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel. Nice!
