UPDATED: MAR 7, 2006 Draught at the brewpub. (As The Great Pumpkin, 9.5%.) Hazy nut brown. Strong aroma of nutmeg and cinnamon. Sweet and extremely spicy withfull bodya nd firm mouthfeel. Some molasses, but the spices cover that. Warming alcoholic finish. Not balanced in the ordinary sense, but very interesting.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of ditmier. Only 7.7% in my version. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a small off-white head. Sophisticated exotic fruit aroma and spices of course. Medium body, again fruit and caramel with a pleasant spiciness. Some decent hoppiness in the finish. One of the better pumpkin beers. 230211 Travlr (24930) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - NOV 11, 2012

Good balance, solid pumpkin beer - one of the best I’ve encountered. mcberko (17854) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 3, 2010
On tap at TCBF, pours hazy orange. A potent strictly pumpkin aroma reveals itself in a huge pumpkin blast flavour - definitely one of the best in this style that I’ve tried. Oakes (17699) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 5, 2006
Hazy amber. Sweet, spicy and alcoholic aroma. Big sweet & spicy flavour - heavy cinnamon and nutmeg. Creamy body. The finish is sweet and again very spicy.
