12oz bottle. Pour was a light golden yellow with a thin, almost non-existing head. Aroma is floral, light citrus and caramel. Mouth is beautifully sweet in flavor with notes of citrus and caramel. A nice bitterness that really comes out in the finish. Enjoyable.

#7 from the Saveur Bière Beery Christmas. The beer looks a bit simple for an IPA. The beer is crystal clear. Some tiny bubbles can be seen rising towards the top. The color of the beer is a nice golden. On top of the beer a layer of rough white foam is poured. The foam collapses quickly, leaving a tiny drape. The beer smells nice. It is a true IPA smell, but it is a bit simple to be honest. The smell contains mostly grassy, herby hop aroma’s, containing a delicious bitterness and delicate sweetness and sourness. The smell also contains some citrusy hop aroma’s, containing more sweet tones. The smell doesn’t contain a wow factor. It is a smell like many IPA’s. Good, but not special. The same goes for the taste. The taste contains nice hoppy bitters and a nice acidity. There is a malty sweetness, balancing the other flavours. It is well balanced, but misses some kick and wow factor. The palate is average. It could have had a bit more gas. The beer is a bit thin. The finish is nice. The bitternes stays around long. All in all, a good beer, but not very special.

A clear light orange beer with a well lasting cap of white foam. Fredh notes with floral centennial hops, citrus fruits, pine and resin. Dry taste with a moderate hop bite and clean bitter aftertaste. Lively carbonation and light palate. Nice fresh beer with goid hop notes and drinkability.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A). Bottle 35.5 cl - Batch DB38 (BBF unknown). AROMA: predominant medium hop aroma (pine), starting to show oxidation notes. slightly sweet and neutral malt background. APPEARANCE: gold color and cristal clear. medium off-white head with meidum retention. TASTE: medium pine and tropical fruit hop flavor, starting to decay. slight oxidation notes starting to show (dried grass, cheese). medium-low clean, slightly sweet malt background. medium to medium-high bitterness that endures beyond an almost dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body. medium carbonation. OVERALL: an American IPA from Seattle with still hop character but where oxidation is starting to show.

Lightly sparkling golden, creamy white head, sticky lacing. Strong fresh fruity sweet aroma, tangerine, mango, mildly roasted caramel malt. Light body, bitter, semidry, grapefruit in finish, soft carbonation. Tasty, fresh, easy to drink.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with good lacing from a medium head. Smells of floral pine with an undertones of citrus. Tastes heavily hopped with grapefruit underneath and a bitter lingering finish. A nice slow beer but the bitterness in the finish is a bit overpowering.
