The gentlest of the sylvan deities, embodied in the western wind which blows across the Elysian fields. Bittered with German Northern Brewer and finished with Czech Saaz hops.

On tap at Elysian Fields pub. Colour... golden with a thick head. Nose... dried hay, grain. Palate... frothy with grain, grain and grain. Tastes like maybe mash tun drippings would taste!

dwyerpg (6432) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - OCT 3, 2009
Nice dry crisp aroma. A good dry flavor, with a strong crisp finish. This is a great easy-drinking session lager. Excellent dry lager.

Rciesla (5607) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - SEP 21, 2009
Draft. Pours a copper golden body with a white head. Spruce, bitter earthy and dry. Dingy malt lightly skunked and some stale bitter puddy notes. I didn’t like it.

gracefullypunk (667) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 17, 2009
Standard pilsner, more bitter than my bitter. Refreshing. Golden brown color with plenty of bubbles and no head. Aromas of earthy hops and a taste of floral and spicy hops that finishes bitter.

Shaker pint draft at Wild Ginger in Seattle, Washington. Pour is deep golden, almost orangish. Small white head. Aroma of fruit and straw hops, followed by grainy maltiness. Nice fresh nose. Taste has a nice grainy maltiness, with the floral, apple fruit and straw hoppiness. Palate is thin to medium, crisp and clean. Nice Pils.

carruthm (1400) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 28, 2009
Clear golden color with a nice white head. Clean taste but with a surprising amount of bittered hops.
