The gentlest of the sylvan deities, embodied in the western wind which blows across the Elysian fields. Bittered with German Northern Brewer and finished with Czech Saaz hops.

Draft pour pint at the fields location. Pours a darker copper color with a patchy foam cream head. Nearly absent grain aroma. Flavor is light and crisp as expected, but not a lot of flavor going on. A slightly offputting grain finish. Could be a while lot worse, but just more not my kind of beer. Drinkable for sure.

Tastes more like an American wheat, but with a more hopped finish. European hops are noticable, but not full bodied enough.

Tap at Tangletown location - not really.pils-like at all - hefty body - tastes of.gingerbread, baked apples, and grassy hop bitterness - not sure what the hell they were going for, but pils would be my past guess.coming to this.blind.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Major diacetyl here as this warms, especially in the flavor. Becomes undrinkable. Light hops at least partly cover up the butter. Tastes like bud with some decent czech hops added. Terrible.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Pale golden beer, thin white head. Aroma is quite grassy and herbal. Lightly floral with lots of straw. Light bitterness. Ok, but underwhelming.

Draft. Pours a copper golden body with a white head. Spruce, bitter earthy and dry. Dingy malt lightly skunked and some stale bitter puddy notes. I didnt like it.

Pale yellow thats mostly clear, a little white head, lots of lacing. Sweet kind of macro smell, corny, mixed with a hint of artificial grape. Thin mouthfeel and lively carbonation, somewhat astringent finish. Bitter pils flavor thats fairly light, some distinct floral taste too. Decent for a pils.

Draught at WA Brewers Festival, 2014. Pours a hazy dark golden color. Nose is filled with corn and grains, and seems relatively unremarkable for me. Taste seems exactly like every other lager, and was wholly unremarkable. Just not my thing.
