Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, light spicy. Fine hoppy dry background. Well balanced finish. Nice!

Bottle from trade with bartlebier, many thanks! Trübes goldgelb mit reichlich Schaum. Der Hopfen ist klar tonangebend, leicht bitter, Kräuter, grasig, leicht erdig, sehr süffig, langer Abgang.

330ml bottle [thank you very much for this one, bartlebier!]. Hazy golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, grainy aroma, hints of hay, husk, protein, hoppy overtones with a lemon touch, a very cautious "green" note in lime direction, wwithout the citrusy parts. Taste is grainy, spicy hints of hay, husk, a lemon dash; minimally watery. Refreshing, nicely raw and natural.

Einfach in Ordnung.

Bottle from trade with beerhunter111 - many thanks! The Pils pours out in a clear golden colour with low steady head and medium body. Aroma of hops and straw. Tasteof mild hops, citrus, grass, dust and bread. Malty-sweet finish with some bitter hints. Nice and easy to drink, refreshing.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2016 33cl fliptop, local Getränkemarkt. Another characteristically naturtrübes Pils from the SouthWest profonde im Schwarzwald. Pours a beautiful murky golden with large head, sparkles when fresh. Upfront delicate Tettnang hop aroma, harmoniously complemented by smooth water and dry crisp pale malts. Modest homemade Pilsner, along with Ganter Urtrunk, Feierling Inselhop and Waldhaus Ohne Filter Herb one of the more aromatic and characteristic, small-scale Pilsners of the SW. // rerates 2014-2015: slowly becoming my favourite regional unfiltered Pils: radiant green noble hop bouquet, dry yet grain-fragrant, bitter and floral, modest lieblich sweetness. // To do justice to the freshest case I just bought and we finished within a week: the Löwen brewery must have either hit a lucky summery streak or upped their game using more whole cone hops, because both their regular Pils and their unfiltered Pils are spectacularly fresh, radiant with zesty Tettnang zip, just enough clean yeast left to make it smooth. World class pilsner. // Rerate 2016: probably my favourite Kellerpils tout court by now - and that is partly including Franken, - not living in its cask perimeter. I defy any Ratebeerian to test his Pils palate on this pillowy, unfiltered zesty-herbal Pils goodness. +0.2

Clear golden with a medium white head. Grassy hops in the aroma along with malty and caramel notes. Flavour was sweet with hoppy and malty notes. Finished bitter.
