(Keg at BrewDog Tallinn, 20171026) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness, honey, malts and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, molasses, grass, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, sweet and bitter. A nice but too sweet doppelbock. martjoobolut (5558) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 27, 2017
Tap at brewdog. Pours dark amber-brown. Aroma is sweet, smoke, malt. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, smoke, sugar. Finish is dry bitter and sweet malt. Body is bit thinner. Overall: good. suurjuust (3959) - ESTONIA - OCT 20, 2017
Tap. Clear brown copper beer, almost no head. Nose is smoky, slightly oily, malty, and slightly spicy, phenolic. Flavor is really phenolic, like a liquid bandaid. There is some malts and caramel in there, but the bandaid is strong in this one. Aftertaste is really rubbery. The beerhorse says "neeeeeeeigh". FatPhil (17710) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 20, 2017

Mahogany, next to no head. Sweet cheap-sausage smokiness, a bit rusky and rubbery (anna gets mostly smoky and phenolic). Light palate, crisp carbonation, a bit dead and harsh. Taste also has a bit of rubber, and with dry wood smoke. Some almost fishiness in the finish. Dry bitter bite too.
Tap. Deep copper color. Small size, yellowish head, stays. Sweet, caramel, bit dusty, smoked, peat? in aroma. Sweetish, peat, smoked, bit rubbery in taste. Peat, some alcohol, smoked in aftertaste. Kind of smooth in taste. I like it. EvNa (691) - Ede, NETHERLANDS - OCT 19, 2017

2017-10-15- bottle 0,33 bb 06/18 Mahagony, beige Krone. Aroma Malz, Sherry.
Atrunk malzig, minimal säuerlich, rauchig. Rosine, Trockenpflaume JorisPPattyn (10156) - BELGIUM - MAY 25, 2017
Medium, dense, yellow-cream head, fast gone over mahogany beer. Bread, breadcrust, dry leaves, dry spices, coloured malts, caramel. Quite sharpish bitter spike, liquorice-like, over caramelly & toffee malts, obviously sweeter underbuild; breadcrust. Quite slick to viscous, medium to well-bodied. No new flavours in the aftertaste, but the bitter keeps hanging on quite long. Nice, certainly. But where is it brewed? Kamperland, Goes... or Rotterdam (let’s not think Hijfte)?
