From bottle @ BBF 2010. Deep dark brown color. maple syrup in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with apple syrup, oak and lots of Bowmore malt whisky. Delicious, but somehow a mariage between a TIPA and a IRS isn’t a totally happy one.
