Bottle. Golden - orange, cloudy, small and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, lots of fruitiness, pineapple and floral hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, lots of fruitiness, pineapple and floral hoppyness – faint citrus. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, very fruity, pineapple and some citrus hoppyness. Really nice fruitiness and floral hoppyness – aroma and flavor are in balance. harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 1, 2011
At ACBF 2011. Sweet sweaty sox aroma. Good hop, good bitterness. Sweetish, sweaty. Decent creamy Nelson Sauvin flavour in mouth. mjs (7370) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 24, 2011
(Draught at Pikkulintu, 20110601) The beer poured amber and quite clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness, hops and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, hops, fruitiness, fresh grass, mildly sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A tasty hoppy blond. tderoeck (9735) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUL 4, 2011

3/07/2011 from tap @ Emelisse lunch with Han Hidalgo (2011-310)
Little cloudy reddish amber coloured beer, white creamy head, unstable and adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, sweet, peaches, pineapple, bit of yeast. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, bitter hops, peaches, sweet malts, a bit "meaty", yeast. Aftertaste: fruity, citrus.
Pretty standard blond beer color. It’s the smell and taste which are different from the typical blond. Very much the nelson sauvin hops that come through. Really nice aftertaste, very well balanced.

Bottle @ Pub. Taste makes up for the smell. It’s a good beer, bit fresh. My favorite Emelisse beer. tiong (7278) - Espoo, FINLAND - JUN 1, 2011

Pours orange with a hazy head. Aroma has hints of spices and hops. Taste is surprisingly hoppy with notes of spices and fruits. Bitter and rather sweet finish. A nice take on the blonde style, Nelson Sauvin at its finest.
Bottle @ ACBF ’11. Aroma is fresh nelson hops.
Flavour is a bit thin of nelson. (watery)
Very crisp and refreshing. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 28, 2011
Bottle at ACBF 2011. Clear amber - white head. Cat piss, caramel, fruity, resin, exotic fruity, berries, grassy, light bitterness, light wheaty notes. OK. skortila (5873) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - JAN 31, 2011
On tap @ Emelisse. The aroma has citrus, toffee. Slightly hazy, yellow-orange coloured with a big off-white head. The taste is light bitter, has some toffee malt, citrus, little flowery, bit winey. Really beautifull.
