Emelisse Blond is a soft and malty artisinal beer. The colour green stands for the American Cascade hop used. This gives it a hoppy and herbal flavour.

Koelschtrinker (20395) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - DEC 31, 2016
Hell hopfiger, grasiger Beginn. Süßlich, fast klebrig. Steigende Süße, dann herber und trockener, spritzig, rund würzig. Alkoholische Tendenzen. 10/10/9/10//9

Marduk (7694) - Reval, ESTONIA - DEC 3, 2016
Tap. Clear dark amber color. Huge size, strong white head, stays. Caramelly, fruity, very malty and some citrus in aroma. Very malty, caramel, fruity and citrusy hops in taste. Caramel and massive maltiness and sweet in aftertaste. Medium carbonation. Very pleasant in mouth.

DijkBier (394) - AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS - DEC 1, 2016
Clear dark-golden to orange pour, with firm off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity (tropical fruits), floral, and little malty. Taste is mild hoppy bitter and mild sweet, with bitter finish. Not spectacular, but well-balanced and nice; something between blond and IPA.

mice (962) - FINLAND - NOV 4, 2016
Hazy, light orange beer with medium foam. Mild aroma has malts, caramel and peach. Taste includes herbs and some fruits, but those are only on the background. Lightly malty. Medium body, light carbonation, quite dry. Nice beer which hasn’t anything, but still all needed.

Stew41 (2025) - Phuket, THAILAND - SEP 19, 2016
Wonderfully lifted, light and pretty. Fruits are subtle yet have a presence that is very real and unforced. If a beer can be genuinely beautiful then this is it. The strawberries and cream character is very real. Seriously good beer.

Aus der Flasche getrunken (aus NL-Lieferung). Schönes, sattes Gold im Glas mit stabilem Schaum. Erinnert mehrt an einen leichten Weizenbock.

Aromas of citrus, herbs, floral, grass, hay, leaves all fresh. Iv’ got a green tinted glass so no comments on collor, but it’s hazy and it’s got a solid white head. Taste reveals light to medium sweetness and promenent medium bitterness. On the palate it reveals a medium body and full medium heavy mouthfeel. Average (just right) carbonation and a nice bitter finish. This beer is much to my liking! A Touch of sweetness countered by a not overdone but prominent bitterness and good mouthfeel. Als something to wil and enjoy for An hout or so.... Will definitly make it to my glass More often!
